White Walls #59: Annual Winter Show!

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well this December. It is cold and snowy here in New England, and we're just back from our annual trip north to the gray Maine coast, which was beautiful as always. I'm really happy to be back this week with my annual winter show! I like to play all of my favorite seasonal songs, including Sarah McLachlan, Sufjan Stevens, Dolly Parton, John Denver, and Reba McEntire. I play these same songs almost every year, so I hope they help to bring some pretty, moody holiday cheer to you.

White Walls #58: The Autumn Show

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. It has been a beautiful autumn here in New England, and it's the perfect weather to settle in and listen to some good music! On this week's show, I am really excited to be playing favorites like The Last Revel, Ocie Elliott, and Wild Rivers (with guests). Lots of fiddle-y, pretty, and sometimes moody music, just the way I like! I hope you do too.

White Walls #57: Summer

Hello everyone,

I hope you're having a good weekend. Here in New England, it's another rainy Saturday, which is a relief after several way too hot days. I'm really excited to share my new show this week. It has a few new-to-me artists, like Barbaro and Phoebe Hunt. I also found some tracks by favorite artists like the Lowest Pair and the Small Glories that I hadn't played before, or live or reimagined versions of old favorites. My beloved says it has a nice late-night feel, and I agree! I hope you enjoy as much as I did putting it together.

 Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! It's been a very gray, rainy late spring here in New England, and I think my show this week is the perfect thing to listen to during such days! This week, I'm including lots of favorite artists like the Lowest Pair, Heather Maloney, and Valley Maker, plus some new finds, like Angie McMahon and boygenius. Some fiddly music, lots of singer songwriter goodness, some instrumental interludes - I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed putting it together!

It has been very chilly the past couple days here in New England, and I couldn't think of anything better to do than to listen to some warm, seasonal music. So that's what I'm playing this week on my annual winter show! Again this year, I'm playing lots of my favorite seasonal songs, including Sufjan Stevens, Sarah McLachlan, Reba McEntire, Mark O'Connor, and many others. I hope listening brings you joy and warmth this December!

I hope you're all doing well. It's late November, and after a very dry autumn so far, we finally had some rain here in New England, and it's a windy, damp, and chilly evening tonight. I cannot think of better weather to sit and listen to my new show. This week, I'm featuring a nice mix of some of my favorite artists, like Wild Rivers, Ordinary Elephant, Jennifer Knapp, and Valley Maker. I think it's a sweet and quiet and fun mix, and I hope you all enjoy it.

White Walls #53: A Summer Show!

Hi everyone,

It's been a very warm and humid summer here in New England. In other words, a great time to be inside listening to good music! I'm excited to share my next show with you! It has some old songs by favorites like Edie Carey, plus some new tracks by favorites like Wild Rivers, Ruth Moody, and Jenn Grant. Pretty, fiddly, angry - a little bit of everything this time, just to fit the times around us.
